This is my blog that I'm dedicating to posting about research, treatment, and generally new findings about the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I'm pissed off that my sister has this awful cancer and I want more people to be aware of it!

South American Farming
Another success story!
According to this article from FOX news, "Paraguayan President Fernando Lugo walked out of a hospital here Wednesday after his sixth and final chemotherapy treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma with a doctor's certification that is he cancer-free."
I wonder what caused it in the first place. PCB's, glyphosphate? The farmers in Paraguay are told that you cannot grow a crop without chemicals, while children and animals are dying from exposure to these chemicals. I've heard big foreign businesses are planting crops, mainly genetically modified soy, that destroy the soil for generations with their techniques. The sad part is the people living there are trying to push these global companies away, so far with little success.
Keep fighting!
